We are a privately held Company that was incorporated in 1983. The Company received its certificate of Authority from the Texas Department of Insurance in June, 1985. Since its inception, the Company has written residential property insurance exclusively.

The Company markets its products directly through independent agents in the state of Texas. Our products include homeowners and residential property insurance.

Columbia Lloyds has been assigned an "A" Rating (Excellent) by the AM Best Company.
